Request your Transcript
Former students from SIEAM can request and pay for their transcripts online.
Note that it is $5.00 per copy and you can select the quantity needed. Once you’ve added your request to your cart, you can check out by going to the Cart at the top right of the website, next to the search bar.
List all institutions and addresses on the checkout form. SIEAM sends transcripts only via regular mail except for those addressed to the NCCAOM, which are submitted digitally. When sending to the NCCAOM, please write “Digital” for the Street Address.
