Tuition for students who graduate the MAcHM program and return at a later date to complete the fourth year will be charged at the published tuition rate for the year they return.

Students in the MAcHM, and DAHM programs may borrow up to the estimated Cost-of-Attendance Budget (CAB), which covers tuition, books, room, board, transportation, and personal expenses for each academic year. Depending upon eligibility, students may borrow up to $20,500 in unsubsidized Direct Loans. Any remaining need, up to the Cost-of-Attendance Budget (CAB), which is set annually, can be met with a PLUS loan. We encourage students to calculate their budgets based on individual needs and borrow only the necessary amount to fund their education.

Every few years, SIEAM surveys its alumni to inquire about their reflections on the training they received at SIEAM and about their clinical practice.

Our 2024 (54 respondents) indicated:

93% are still in active clinic practice

44% of respondents practice in their own clinic, not shared with other providers

36% of respondents practice in a clinic shared with other EAM providers

34% of respondents practice in a multi-modality clinic

2% of respondents work in a hospital or medical center

4% of respondents work in a community acupuncture clinic

74% of respondents accept insurance in their clinic
