The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) is a federal law that requires colleges and universities to disclose information about crime on and around their campuses. To be compliant with this law, SIEAM must publish an annual security report every year by October 1 containing three years of campus crime statistics and certain campus security policy statements that are disseminated to the SIEAM community and prospective students.
